On a humid but clear early morning sky SpaceX launched Starlink 6-27 with twentythree v2 mini internet satellites into space at 12:05 AM ET on November 8th 2023 from SLC-40 Cape Canaveral.
SpaceX has now launched eighty times in 2023 delivering more than 1,000 metric tons to orbit. The Falcon 9 used for this mission was B-1073 with its eleventh flight and landing this time on JRTI Just Read The Instructions East of the Bahamas.
The United State Space Force Delta 45th wing gave the weather for launch at greater than 95% go for launch. The only issue with weather was a strong haze above the ocean & beach with very strong dew in the air at liftoff.
According to SpaceX.com/launches the company is now at 278 total launches, 241 total landings and 213 total reflights of a Falcon 9 booster.
