SpaceX now has two seventeenth first stage Falcon 9 boosters in their fleet with this beautiful launch of Starlink 6-18 and booster B-1060 at 11:38 PM Saturday Evening September 23rd 2023!
The weather for tonight's launch was 95% Go For Launch with almost no breeze and a thin layer of mid level clouds that rolled in above the launch pad just before liftoff was a welcome change from the past couple of months at Cape Canaveral Florida.
With two SpaceX boosters now having 34 launches and landings combined (each with 17 flights B-1058 & B-1060) it is truly an unprecedented achievement by the entire team.
According to SpaceX.com/Launches this makes 266 total corporate launches with 228 booster landings and the 200th re-flight of Falcon 9 first stage booster.
