Remotes are set for tonight's 8:31 PM NASA Northrop Grumman NG-19 resupply mission to the ISS International Space Station by this Cygnus spacecraft.
Northrop Grumman named the Cygnus spacecraft S.S. Laurel Clark after the NASA astronaut who was lost along with six other Space Shuttle Columbia STS-107 crew members during re-entry just over twenty years ago.
Cygnus will carry over 8,000 pounds of equipment, experiments, food, clothes, maintenance parts, a new water purification system, plants, AstroBee robot and highly important flame & fire in space flammability experiment which will be performed once Cygnus departs from the ISS in October.
Wishing much success to all of the NASA & Northrop Grumman teams today and at liftoff!
