Third time is the charm with liftoff at 1:33 AM Thursday February 8th from SLC-40 Cape Canaveral Florida after two previous scrubs due to high winds. Launch photos and RTLS return to landing site photos show a thick mid layer of clouds as the booster B-1081-4 completed the ascent, seperation and landing burns.

This marks the 8th launch from Kennedy Space Center / Cape Canaveral so far this year and SpaceX ninth mission this year!
